  21. This means we can't support it as a standard.  If I include it with my
  22. programs (which are free), I'll have to register it to include it.  Then
  23. my users will have to register it, too.

  25. IMHO, to be a supportable standard, it has to be free.  How generous is
  26. Holger feeling these days?  I know I've gotten more generous once I
  27. decided the Atari market wasn't large enough to even support shareware...
